VDS members enjoy fellowship and learning with daffodil enthusiasts of all experience levels.

Each March, VDS presents an American Daffodil Society accredited daffodil show at Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden in Richmond, VA. This show is open to ALL to enter. There are even special show classes for "Small Growers" of 50 varieties or less, and Youth entrants. Among its members, VDS can count many ADS certified daffodil judges, and national-level show competitors. VDS has twice hosted the ADS National Convention, and was the 2023 Mid-Atlantic Regional show host.

Our annual meeting every fall includes the popular bulb exchange, and we have a social picnic in the summer. Community planting projects and pop-up programs are always in the works.

We hope you will join us!
